You are a complete beginner - if you don't know what SQL injection or XSS is, go and do Portswigger's labs. This newsletter is a little bit more advanced content. You will not learn about OWASP TOP 10 level of vulnerabilities here. However, you may want to come back here after a few months.
You are not interested in offensive security. I know that a part of my viewers are developers and blue-teamers and I'm really happy that you can also learn something from my videos. However, in the newsletter I focus mostly on the offensive side of things and unless you are interested in that, I don't think the BBRE Premium is a good value for your money.

It was publicly available on YouTube but you could either spend an hour minutes watching it or read my 1100 summary with takeaways and linked tools. It was no secret but it saved my subscribers a lot of time.
